When Booking Services provide us with as much details as Possible. Once the service contract is signed, invoice is resolved and the services have been completed, we kindly ask that you notify us immediately if any concerns or issues arise during the course of the service. This allows us the opportunity to address and resolve any matters promptly.
Please note that once services are fully rendered and completed, all deposits, retainers and payments are non-refundable. Disputes are NOT tolerated and will result in ban from future bookings with SAN’s Kitchen and catering.
